We want you to get the most out of your little bags of bliss so below are a few things you need to know about how to use your blends and scrubs.

CANCEL YOUR PLANS
Safe to say all plans, dialogue or general human interaction should be cancelled proceeding your bath. We mean it when we say these little bags of bliss pack a punch. Best to just have a bed, lounge or hammock to roll onto to preserve the peace.
ADD YOUR OWN OILS
We’ve left that part up to you considering most people have a personal preference for moisturising your skin. We avoid adding oil in the blending stage as it alters the fine balance of the salt blend while packaged. Best to add your own oil direct to the bath water. Some fan favorites are Coconut oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E, Almond Oil or even a simple baby oil
DRINK MIN 600MLS of WATER
These quick fixes promise potency so please drink a min of 600mls during and again after your soak. You will notice you get thirsty after your salt bath due to the heat, sweat and change of PH levels.
BATH TEMP
Look we know this is a matter of preference but burning your butt cheeks upon descent is a sure sign your bath is too hot. The ideal bath temp is above body temp which is on average 37oC.
NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
We know you’re smart and even though we spruik the quality of our salts, they are best used in the bath, not your hot chips.
KEEP YOUR NUTS DRY
Even though we have packaged your scrub in a water resistant satchel, its best to keep your bath salts away from moisture as the contents can sweat if subjected to wet areas for long periods of time. Keep them sealed and in the cupboard. Salts will last up to 6 months however the essential oils will start to fade if left unused over a period of time.
